Can I forward my shortlists to my customers who are not registered on Chosie?
Yes. Log in to your profile, go to your projects and click on 'shortlist' next to your respective job. Then simply click on “Send shortlist” and you are done. Now you and your team have access to your favourites, portfolio books, sed cards etc. If you download them directly or just print them as required is up to you.

When is a payment due?
You will be asked to pay a certain percentage of your booking amount (depending on the time of booking) in advance in order for your booking to be confirmed. Please understand that we cannot accept bookings without a deposit.
What are Chosie's service fees?
The service fee helps us operate the Chosie platform and provide our products and services. We collect the service fee when a booking is confirmed.
